There are a number of external organisations you may find useful when considering your pension.
The Trustee is in place to oversee the effective operation of the Scheme, including administration of benefits, collection of contributions, payment of pensions and other benefits and the investment and safe custody of the Scheme's assets.
You can see a list of the various organsiations who support the Trustees in these endeavours.
The Trustee is responsible for setting up a formal procedure to resolve any complaints raised by members.
