  • How do I contact the Scheme?

    You can reach the Scheme through the pension helpdesk, run by the Scheme administrator. Email [email protected] or use the form on our Contact page.

  • Who is the Trustee of the Scheme?

    Capital Cranfield Pension Trustees Limited has been the sole Trustee of the Scheme since January 2023. The Trustee is responsible for ensuring that the Scheme is administered in accordance with pension legislation and the Scheme rules. You can read more on our Trustee page.

  • Who administers the Scheme?

    The Scheme is administered by Spence & Partners. They handle day-to-day queries, calculate and pay benefits, and keep your records up to date. Most questions about your pension can be answered by the helpdesk.

  • How do I access my pension online?

    Use My Pocket Pension, the Scheme’s online portal. You can view your details, run retirement estimates, and find Scheme documents at any time. Select the My Pocket Pension button at the top of the page to log in.

    The My Pocket Pension app will be available from 1st September 2026. In the meantime, you can contact the administrator directly via the contact form.

  • How do I update my personal details?

    Log into My Pocket Pension and open the “My details” section to change your address, phone number or email. If you would rather talk to an administrator about any changes, you can contact them directly – contact form

  • How much is my pension worth?

    You can view information about your pension through My Pocket Pension. If you require additional information, please contact the administrator.

  • When can I take my pension?

    The age at which you can take your benefits depends on the Scheme rules and your individual circumstances. Please contact the administrator if you are considering retirement.

  • What happens to my pension if I move house?

    It is important to keep your contact details up to date so we can continue to pay your pension and provide important Scheme communications.

  • Can I transfer my pension benefits?

    Depending on your circumstances, you may be able to transfer your benefits to another registered pension arrangement. Please contact the administrator for more information.

  • How is my personal data used?

    The Scheme needs to hold and process personal information in order to administer your benefits. Further information is available in the Scheme’s Privacy Notice.

  • Where can I find Scheme documents?

    Important documents such as newsletters, member booklets and notices are available through My Pocket Pension and also here on the Scheme documents page.

  • How do I make a complaint?

    If you have a complaint about the administration of your benefits, please contact the administrator in the first instance. Information about the Scheme’s Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure (IDRP) is available here on the Scheme documents page.
